1, Depending on where you are located, you will use a different mode of transportation. Generally, the transport will take 15 to 60 days. There are some countries, however (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, etc.) that will probably take 90 days. You will receive a full refund if you do not receive the item and cannot track your parcel within 60 days. You will not be refunded if the commodity is returned due to customs clearance not being done by you.
2, Before shipping, all products will be subjected to our quality-control process. You should contact our Customer Service if the product is damaged by transport and not working after you receive it (a video is preferred). If the item is defective, we will re-send you a new one or refund you in full. If you open dispute without contacting us in advance, without providing evidence in advance, we will NOT accept your dispute, and we will file a complaint against you as a malicious buyer.
In comments and conversations, please send us a photo of your dog wearing our products. We will post the best pictures on our store. You will receive a gift in your second order if one of your pictures is selected.
